- minimum two years handling import trafficking functions with a freight forwarder or broker
- two to three years customer service experience
- ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- Coordinate import trafficking functions
- perform data entry
- manage document distribution for customer air shipments
- receive and log shipment documents
- verify compliance with US Customs requirements
- process shipping documents accurately
- coordinate cargo availability and arrange pickup and delivery
- finalize billing and distribute required documents
- review daily shipment monitoring reports
- ensure measurement standards are met
- report non-conformances proactively
- maintain current and complete data tables
- assist with accounting issues
- perform Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Quotes (RFQ) as needed
- ensure prompt and accurate communication
