Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience of 3 to 5 years in logistics, import/export or FTZ operations
- Knowledge of Foreign Trade Zone regulations under 19 CFR Part 146
- Understanding of import/export regulations
- Experience working with freight forwarders and regulatory agencies
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Customs portals like ACE
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams including Distribution, Finance, and Traffic
- Warehouse or distribution related experience in apparel or hard goods preferred
- Minimum of 3 years warehouse experience preferred

Job Duties
- Audit import files 5-days prior to shipment arrival by verifying commercial documents to ERP system for accurate HTS numbers, country of origin, manufacturer ID, valuation and other attributes
- Coordinate with buying agents to obtain missing documents and clarify shipping details
- Work with freight forwarders to file permits-to-transfer 5 days in advance when required
- Submit Fish and Wildlife declarations 5 days prior to arrival and coordinate with officers as needed
- Support Samples department by resolving clearance delays with customs brokers
- Track and update shipment ETAs in ERP system and communicate availability with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and port authorities
- Serve as backup to Logistics Coordinator during absences or high-volume periods
- Assist in filing electronic FTZ daily admissions (e214), verify ABI acceptance, and troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with receiving team to report carton discrepancies and submit Manifest Discrepancy Reports to Customs
- Reconcile stock balances daily between ERP and FTZ systems
- Review ACE portal for improper use of company Importer of Record number and Export filings
- Ensure compliance with 19 CFR Part 146 and other import/export regulations
- Audit freight and drayage invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
- Cross-train in other departments to support distribution operations
- Promote positive, collaborative work environment
- Ensure warehouse safety standards compliance as per Health and Safety Manual
