Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age upon application
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • College degree or customer service experience highly preferred
  • Must possess a valid passport with travel ability to international destinations
  • Ability to pass FAA background check
  • Ability to pass drug test
  • Completion of 6-week FAA training program

Job Duties

  • Conduct pre-flight emergency equipment checks
  • Enforce FAA regulations
  • Respond to in-flight medical emergencies with first aid and CPR
  • Deliver premium hospitality and customer service
  • Resolve passenger issues and manage conflicts
  • Collaborate with flight crew and ground staff for smooth operations
