Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
  • valid FAA flight attendant certification
  • leadership experience in aviation or related field
  • ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent customer service orientation
  • ability to pass background and drug screening

Job Qualifications

  • prior flight attendant experience
  • proven track record of leadership and mentorship
  • deep knowledge of FAA regulations
  • strong conflict management skills
  • ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • experience with CRJ-900 aircraft preferred

Job Duties

  • lead pre-flight briefings and assign duty stations
  • coordinate and manage boarding and passenger seating issues
  • oversee in-flight safety and service protocols
  • manage and support cabin crew during emergencies
  • complete all post-flight reports and documentation
  • mentor and evaluate flight attendants
  • liaise between cabin crew and flight deck
