Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid flight attendant certification
- previous experience as a flight attendant
- demonstrated leadership experience within airline or hospitality settings
- ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- must be able to pass background and security checks

- deep knowledge of FAA regulations
- ability to manage emergency situations calmly and effectively
- proficient conflict management skills
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- experience with customer service in a leadership capacity
Job Duties
- lead the pre-flight briefing for flight attendant crew
- assign duty stations and set standards for service and safety
- coordinate and manage all cabin operations including passenger issues and service delivery
- act as the primary contact between the flight crew in the cabin and flight deck
- oversee boarding process and handle passenger seating or baggage conflicts
- respond to medical and safety incidents as the primary first responder
- complete post-flight reports including service, incident, and crew performance documentation
