Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid flight attendant certification
  • previous experience as a flight attendant
  • demonstrated leadership experience within airline or hospitality settings
  • ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • must be able to pass background and security checks

Job Qualifications

  • prior flight attendant experience
  • proven leadership and mentorship skills
  • deep knowledge of FAA regulations
  • ability to manage emergency situations calmly and effectively
  • proficient conflict management skills
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • experience with customer service in a leadership capacity

Job Duties

  • lead the pre-flight briefing for flight attendant crew
  • assign duty stations and set standards for service and safety
  • coordinate and manage all cabin operations including passenger issues and service delivery
  • act as the primary contact between the flight crew in the cabin and flight deck
  • oversee boarding process and handle passenger seating or baggage conflicts
  • respond to medical and safety incidents as the primary first responder
  • complete post-flight reports including service, incident, and crew performance documentation
