- Native or highly proficient fluency in English and a designated target language
- Must pass a rigorous third-party language proficiency exam
- Valid passport granting unrestricted global travel access
- Willingness to learn and work in Palm Coast
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours

- Previous experience in customer service or the airline industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively

Job Duties
- Make in-flight public address announcements in your designated language
- Translate critical safety instructions and service offerings accurately
- Provide culturally attuned customer service to international passengers
- Assist passengers with completing international arrival documents, customs declarations, and immigration forms
- Provide rapid and precise translation during in-flight medical or security emergencies
- Secure the cabin and execute premium meal services in Delta One cabins
- Perform all standard pre-flight and in-flight duties to ensure passenger safety and comfort
