Job Requirements
- Ability to work weekends, including both day and night shifts
- successfully pass extensive screening process
- pass background check and drug screening
- maintain professional appearance and demeanor
- reliable transportation to and from Huntsville site
- ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
- strong communication and observational skills
Job Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- high school diploma or GED
- exceptional customer service skills
- proficient in basic phone and computer skills
- security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
- hold a valid state security license if required
Job Duties
- Welcome and assist visitors with exceptional customer service
- verify identities and manage access control
- perform regular security patrols to identify potential risks
- inspect and report maintenance needs of security equipment
- respond promptly to security incidents and provide first aid
- write detailed incident reports and communicate security concerns
- address questions in person or by phone while ensuring safety of individuals and property
