Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- excellent attitude, interpersonal skills and communication abilities
- maintains CPR certification
- ability to assist non-ambulatory patients
- dependable and motivated with good judgment
- basic knowledge of PACS and digital imaging preferred
- ability to work under general supervision

- maintains current CPR certification
- demonstrates initiative and motivation
- strong organizational skills
- basic computer proficiency including familiarity with digital imaging systems
Job Duties
- Greets visitors and patients and determines their needs
- directs patients to appropriate person or area
- completes patient processing by obtaining necessary information for forms, charts, and department registration
- assists non-ambulatory patients with transfer from bed to transport vehicle
- appropriately drapes or covers patients to ensure privacy
- performs various clerical duties related to inpatient and outpatient paper flow
- manages file room operations and knowledge utilization of PACS
- digitalizes film for imaging records
- schedules examinations efficiently
- transports and ascertains needs of patients and visitors across all Radiology modalities
- maintains effective communication and exhibits sound judgment in patient safety
- performs any other duties assigned to support department operations
