Job Requirements

  • Possession of valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass background check

Job Qualifications

  • Two years experience or education with computer software hardware and AV equipment
  • Accurately maintain and update guest room assignments checkout lists and patron accounts
  • Maintain professional customer service
  • Promptly and courteously receive greet and answer questions from visitors and telephone callers
  • Accurately register guests ensuring compliance with established patron eligibility criteria
  • Accurately prepare reports according to regulations or established deadlines
  • Ensure compliance with all established safety policies security policies and regulations

Job Duties

  • Ensure front desk area and lobby remains clean
  • Register and assign rooms to guests
  • Make and issue room keys
  • Escort guests to rooms as needed
  • Ensure that only authorized patrons use government sponsored quarters
  • Calculate and post charges to patrons accounts
  • Balance totals with control records
  • Maintain current check out list
  • Print backup reports from property management system
  • Ensure housekeeping status of rooms is updated
  • Perform other duties as assigned
