Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal English
  • Ability to interact with guests and team members in a friendly, positive, and courteous manner
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, kneel, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds intermittently
  • Ability to tolerate chemical use during shift
  • Manual dexterity to operate cleaning equipment
  • Ability to hear and communicate via telephone and radio
  • Ability to reach up to 6 feet intermittently
  • Capacity to work in a noisy, hot, cold environment with possible exposure to second-hand smoke
  • Willingness to work in confined spaces with 3-foot wide access

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in written and verbal form
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Friendly and courteous interaction skills with guests and team members
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Familiarity with OSHA and MSDS requirements
  • Basic knowledge of chemical handling and safety procedures
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness
  • Physical fitness to perform demanding job duties

Job Duties

  • Redefine hospitality by supporting and promoting company values
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance duties in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness of all guest and team member common areas throughout the property
  • Clean and maintain guest and team member restrooms
  • Clean and polish slot machines and gaming tables
  • Clean up biohazard spills and contaminated areas following department protocols
  • Pick up and remove trash and broken glass from all common areas
  • Clean walls, ceilings, floors, and vents as required
  • Operate cleaning tools and equipment to clean floors, fixtures, surfaces, and carpets
  • Move and rearrange furniture or equipment to thoroughly clean areas
  • Reset furniture and equipment to approved layouts after cleaning
  • Collect and empty trash receptacles throughout property
  • Follow OSHA and MSDS guidelines for chemical and electrical equipment
  • Report damaged or worn property to management
  • Adapt duties as assigned by management
