Job Requirements
- No prior serving experience needed
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
- Must be able to obtain a Food Handlers card
- If 18 years or older, must obtain an OLCC card
- Ability to communicate effectively with elderly population
- Ability to perform tasks timely according to resident and dining room needs
- Must be sensitive to individual needs of residents
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Interpret and explain the menu to residents
- Coordinate the meal service process effectively
- Understand and respond to resident requests
- Communicate empathetically with residents, families, and team members
- Obtain and maintain required certifications such as Food Handlers card and OLCC card
- Perform duties in a timely manner consistent with dining room standards and schedules
- Provide excellent customer service to elderly residents
