- ability to walk several miles during the shift

Job Duties
- Greet guests and connect them with the right staff or residents
- manage visitor traffic
- answer and direct phone calls
- enforce protocols and policies to ensure resident safety
- maintain resident logs and work requests
- accept and route deliveries
- arrange reservations for guest room stays
- create daily reports of events during the shift
- handle emergency situations calmly and with dignity
- walk several miles during the shift for security purposes
- lift up to 50 lbs
- sit 50% to 70% of the shift
