- ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies

- compassionate, friendly, and patient demeanor
- ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- good communication skills and ability to interact positively with residents and staff
Job Duties
- clean and maintain the cleanliness of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, dining rooms, and activity rooms
- clean resident apartments ensuring a tidy, comfortable, and hygienic living space
- perform routine dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
- clean and sanitize restrooms and high-touch areas regularly
- assist with community building activities to ensure a welcoming and clean environment
- follow all health and safety protocols including infection control procedures
- report maintenance or safety issues to management promptly
- assist residents with minor cleaning requests as needed
