Job Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • senior living or hospitality experience a plus
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
  • strong attention to detail and reliability

  • ability to follow procedures, schedules, and safety protocols
  • compassionate, friendly, and patient demeanor
  • ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • good communication skills and ability to interact positively with residents and staff

Job Duties

  • Clean resident apartments, common areas, and community spaces according to established standards
  • perform tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and emptying trash
  • notify management of needed repairs, safety concerns, or changes in resident needs
  • maintain housekeeping carts, supplies, and equipment in a safe and organized manner
  • follow infection control and safety procedures
  • interact respectfully and compassionately with residents, families, and staff
  • support a positive, team-oriented work environment
