Job Requirements
- Some prior housekeeping experience required
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for long periods
- Ability to follow procedural and safety guidelines
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday daytime hours
- No weekend or holiday availability needed
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Reliable and detail-oriented
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Experience in senior living or hospitality a plus
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Genuine desire to work with and help older adults
- Ability to follow procedures, schedules, and safety protocols
- Compassionate, friendly, and patient demeanor
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and ability to interact positively with residents and staff
Job Duties
- Clean resident apartments according to established standards
- Clean common areas and community spaces according to established standards
- Perform dusting, vacuuming, mopping, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and emptying trash
- Notify management of needed repairs, safety concerns, or changes in resident needs
- Maintain housekeeping carts, supplies, and equipment in a safe and organized manner
- Follow infection control and safety procedures
- Interact respectfully and compassionately with residents, families, and staff
