Job Duties
- Meet and greet customers and identify their overall needs to support and serve them by asking the right questions
- Provide advice about food content and menu choices
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints
- Implement best practices to commercialize food dishes and products for competitive advantage
- Merchandise and maintain food dishes and products to secure availability, quality, and presentation
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, organization, and safety of food production, service, and seating areas
- Operate Point-of-Sale solutions to take payment for customer orders
- Create daily food menus by planning preparation and production
- Use ingredients and equipment to prepare, produce, cook, and serve dishes in line with operational and food safety requirements
- Receive, store, and replenish stock items to secure safe and quality ingredients
- Perform operational tasks connected to waste and inventory management processes
