Job Duties
- Lead guests through the IHOP dining experience with top notch service and menu knowledge
- Expedite all orders efficiently
- Comply with standards related to guest checks and cash control
- Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally
- Stock and rotate supplies in service and dining areas
- Perform cleaning duties including clearing and setting tables
- Maintain a positive and hospitable demeanor throughout shift
