Job Requirements
- Show up to work on time with a clean, well-groomed appearance and uniform
- Work well with others and be self-motivated and reliable
- Demonstrate strong work ethic
- Possess good communication skills

Job Duties
- Lead guests through their IHOP experience with excellent service and menu knowledge
- Expedite all orders promptly and accurately
- Comply with standards related to guest checks and cash control
- Handle guest complaints with a focus on quick resolution
- Stock and rotate supplies in service and dining areas
- Perform cleaning duties including clearing and setting tables
