Job Requirements
- Showing up to work on time
- Being well-groomed with a clean uniform
- Able to lift 5-15 pounds
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
- Occasionally using motion involving pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists

Job Duties
- Leading guests through their IHOP experience with top notch service and menu knowledge
- Expediting all orders
- Complying with standards in regards to guest checks and cash control
- Handling guest complaints with the aim of quick resolution
- Stocking and rotating all needed supplies in service and dining areas
- Performing cleaning duties such as clearing and setting tables
