Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus
- punctual and well-groomed with a clean uniform
- ability to perform physical tasks
- excellent interpersonal skills
- flexibility to work various shifts
- capable of resolving guest issues quickly and effectively

Job Duties
- Leading guests through their IHOP experience with top notch service
- expediting all orders
- complying to standards in regards to guest checks and cash control
- handling guest complaints, always looking to resolve problems quickly
- stocking and rotating all needed supplies in the service and dining areas
- performing cleaning duties such as helping to clear and set tables
