Beyond just welcoming guests, this position involves providing exceptional customer service by attending to special guest needs such as accommodations for children or disabilities, managing an online wait list, and assisting with phone inquiries. The role also includes operational support such as taking and processing to-go orders, delivering orders to vehicles, and helping servers with tasks like serving food, drinks, and cleaning tables.
This position requires an individual who is punctual, well-groomed, and adheres to uniform policies, embodying professionalism at all times. Excellent communication skills are essential to efficiently interact with guests and team members. Physical stamina is necessary as the role involves standing for extended periods, lifting moderate weight, and performing motions like pushing, pulling, and continuous use of hands and wrists.

Job Duties
- Opening the door for guests arriving and departing
- accommodating any special needs of guests such as boosters, highchairs, and disabilities
- answering the phone
- managing an online wait list
- taking, entering and packaging to-go orders including delivering to vehicles as needed
- providing guest assistance to servers as needed such as serving food and drinks and cleaning tables
