Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift 5-15 pounds
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to use phone and online systems
- Ability to perform manual tasks like pushing, pulling, stretching
- Willingness to maintain personal grooming and uniform standards
Job Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work on feet for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift 5-15 pounds
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to perform manual tasks involving pushing, pulling, stretching, and use of fingers and wrists
- Reliable and punctual
- Well-groomed with a neat appearance
Job Duties
- Opening the door for guest arriving and departing
- Accommodating any special needs of guests, i.e., boosters, highchairs, disabilities
- Answering the phone
- Managing an online wait list
- Taking, entering and packaging to-go orders, including delivering to vehicle as needed
- Providing guest assistance to servers as needed, serving food and drinks, cleaning tables
