Job Requirements

Show up to work on time
be well-groomed with a clean uniform
good communication skills
able to lift 5-15 pounds
able to stand for up to 8 hours
occasionally use motion which entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists

Job Qualifications

experience in customer service preferred
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
friendly and approachable demeanor
basic computer skills for managing online wait lists

Job Duties

Opening the door for guest arriving and departing
accommodating any special needs of guests, i.e., boosters, highchairs, disabilities
answering the phone
managing an online wait list
taking, entering and packaging to-go orders, including delivering to vehicle as needed
providing guest assistance to servers as needed, serving food and drinks, cleaning tables, etc.
