Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must show up to work on time
Well-groomed with a clean uniform
Ability to use motion which entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Good communication skills
Ability to lift 5-15 pounds
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
Experience in customer service preferred
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and approachable demeanor

Job Duties

Opening the door for guest arriving and departing
Accommodating any special needs of guests such as boosters, highchairs, disabilities
Answering the phone
Managing an online wait list
Taking, entering and packaging to-go orders, including delivering to vehicle as needed
Providing guest assistance to servers as needed, serving food and drinks, cleaning tables
