Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must show up to work on time
- Well-groomed with a clean uniform
- Ability to use motion which entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift 5-15 pounds
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
Job Duties
- Opening the door for guest arriving and departing
- Accommodating any special needs of guests such as boosters, highchairs, disabilities
- Answering the phone
- Managing an online wait list
- Taking, entering and packaging to-go orders, including delivering to vehicle as needed
- Providing guest assistance to servers as needed, serving food and drinks, cleaning tables
