This role is a critical front-of-house position that helps set the tone for our guests’ entire visit, emphasizing the importance of friendly greetings, timely service, and thoughtful assistance.
Job Requirements
- Show up to work on time
- well-groomed with a clean uniform ready to work
- ability to lift 5-15 pounds
- stand for up to 8 hours
- occasionally perform motions such as pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- able to work in a fast-paced environment
- flexible with scheduling
Job Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- ability to interact courteously with guests
- experience working in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- basic knowledge of restaurant operations
- strong customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Opening the door for guests arriving and departing
- accommodating any special needs of guests, i.e., boosters, highchairs, disabilities
- answering the phone
- managing an online wait list
- taking, entering and packaging to-go orders, including delivering to vehicle as needed
- providing guest assistance to servers as needed, serving food and drinks, cleaning tables
