Job Requirements

- basic proficiency with technology for handling online wait lists and to-go orders

Job Duties
- Opening the door for guests arriving and departing
- accommodating special needs of guests such as boosters, highchairs, and disabilities
- answering the phone promptly and courteously
- managing an online wait list efficiently
- taking, entering, and packaging to-go orders including delivering to vehicles as needed
- providing guest assistance to servers by serving food and drinks and cleaning tables
- maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house environment
