Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- able to lift 5-15 pounds
- able to stand for up to 8 hours
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- physically capable of pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists

- basic knowledge of customer service

- attention to cleanliness and personal grooming
Job Duties
- Opening the door for guests arriving and departing
- accommodating any special needs of guests, i.e., boosters, highchairs, disabilities
- answering the phone
- managing an online wait list
- taking, entering and packaging to-go orders, including delivering to vehicle as needed
- providing guest assistance to servers as needed, serving food and drinks, cleaning tables
