Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Full mobility of hands and arms to perform repetitive tasks
- Willingness to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Reliable and punctual
- Presentable with a clean uniform and proper grooming
- Self-motivated and organized
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is beneficial
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate and follow instructions clearly
- Basic knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain dishware, utensils, floors, tables, and chairs
- Maintain a sanitary and safe restaurant by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning and equipment care
- Unload delivery trucks supplies and place in proper storage area
- Stock and rotate all needed supplies in the service areas and dining room
- Assemble take-out orders and deliver food to guest as needed
- Assist with cleaning projects throughout the restaurant
- Keep a tidy dish area and maintain organized food storage areas
