Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- physically able to perform labor-intensive tasks
- punctual and presentable with a clean uniform

Job Duties
- clean and maintain dishware and utensils
- clean floors, tables, and chairs
- keep dish area tidy and food storage organized
- assist with cleaning projects throughout the restaurant
- maintain sanitary conditions by mopping, sweeping, removing trash, and cleaning equipment
- unload delivery trucks and store supplies properly
- stock and rotate supplies in service areas and dining room
- assemble take-out orders and deliver food to guests as needed
