Job Requirements

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Physically able to perform labor-intensive tasks
Punctual and reliable
Well-groomed with clean uniform
Ability to follow health and safety regulations
Self-motivated and organized
Able to work well with others

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is an asset
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
Good communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties

Maintain sanitary and safe restaurant by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning equipment
Unload delivery trucks supplies and place in proper storage area
Stock and rotate all needed supplies in the service areas and dining room
Assemble take-out orders and deliver food to guest as needed
Keep dish area tidy and maintain organized food storage areas
Assist with cleaning projects throughout the restaurant
Ensure customer needs are always met
