Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
- basic knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- self-motivated and organized with great attention to detail
- physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks
- ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 pounds
Job Duties
- clean and maintain dishware, utensils, floors, tables and chairs
- keep a tidy dish area and organized food storage areas
- assist with cleaning projects throughout the restaurant
- maintain a sanitary and safe restaurant by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning and equipment care
- unload delivery trucks supplies and place in proper storage area
- stock and rotate all needed supplies in the service areas and dining room
- assemble take-out orders and deliver food to guests as needed
