Job Duties
- Clean and maintain dishware, utensils, floors, tables and chairs
- keep dishwashing area tidy and organized
- maintain organized food storage areas
- assist with cleaning projects throughout the restaurant
- mop and sweep floors
- remove trash
- care for cleaning and equipment
- unload delivery truck supplies and place in proper storage areas
- stock and rotate supplies in service areas and dining room
- assemble take-out orders and deliver food to guests as needed
