Job Duties

  • Clean and maintain dishware, utensils, floors, tables and chairs
  • keep dishwashing area tidy and organized
  • maintain organized food storage areas
  • assist with cleaning projects throughout the restaurant
  • mop and sweep floors
  • remove trash
  • care for cleaning and equipment
  • unload delivery truck supplies and place in proper storage areas
  • stock and rotate supplies in service areas and dining room
  • assemble take-out orders and deliver food to guests as needed
