Job Duties
- clean and maintain dishware, utensils, floors, tables and chairs
- keep a tidy dish area
- maintain organized food storage areas
- assist with cleaning projects throughout the restaurant
- maintain a sanitary and safe environment by mopping and sweeping floors, removing trash, and performing equipment care
- unload delivery trucks and place supplies in proper storage areas
- stock and rotate supplies in service areas and dining room
- assemble take-out orders and deliver food to guests as needed
