Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
Full mobility of hands and arms
Reliable and punctual
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Self-motivated and strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

Ability to read and follow food recipes
Capability to prepare meals efficiently within time limits
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene
Experience using kitchen equipment and tools

Job Duties

Create food according to IHOP specifications
Prepare meals within outlined ticket times
Read food tickets or receive verbal instruction
Use knives and food preparation equipment safely
Operate large cooking equipment like flat tops, deep fryers, stoves, and dishwashers
Set up cooking equipment before shift
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
