- ability to prepare food within outlined ticket times
- ability to read food tickets or receive verbal instruction
- capable of using knives and other food preparation equipment
- operate large volume cooking equipment like flat tops, deep fryers, stoves, and dishwashers
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
- ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
- full mobility of hands and arms while performing repetitive tasks

Job Qualifications
