  • ability to read and prepare food recipes to specifications
  • ability to prepare food within outlined ticket times
  • ability to read food tickets or receive verbal instruction
  • capable of using knives and other food preparation equipment
  • operate large volume cooking equipment like flat tops, deep fryers, stoves, and dishwashers
  • ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
  • ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
  • full mobility of hands and arms while performing repetitive tasks
  • punctuality and professional appearance
  • strong work ethic
  • reliable and self-motivated

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in a kitchen environment preferred but not required
  • ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • good knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • prepare food according to recipe specifications
