- Capable of using knives and food preparation equipment safely
- Experience with large volume cooking equipment preferred

Job Duties
- Read and prepare all food recipes to specifications
- Prepare food within outlined ticket times
- Read food tickets or receive verbal instruction
- Use knives and other food preparation equipment
- Operate large volume cooking equipment like flat tops, deep fryers, stoves and dishwashers
- Set up equipment and verify stock
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
