Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
- ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- full mobility of hands and arms
- ability to perform repetitive tasks
- reliable and punctual
- self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- well-groomed and adheres to uniform standards
Job Qualifications
- ability to read and understand food recipes
- ability to prepare food efficiently within set timeframes
- basic knowledge of kitchen equipment operation
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- good communication skills

- capable of standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- prepare food according to IHOP recipes and specifications
- prepare food within outlined ticket times
- read food tickets or receive verbal instructions
- use knives and other food preparation equipment safely
- operate large volume cooking equipment such as flat tops, deep fryers, stoves and dishwashers
- set up equipment and verify stock
- maintain a clean and sanitary work area
