Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
- ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- full mobility of hands and arms to perform repetitive tasks

- positive attitude and strong work ethic
- willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is a plus but not required
- ability to read and follow detailed recipes

Job Duties
- prepare food items according to IHOP recipes and standards
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen
- set up kitchen equipment and verify stock levels
- operate cooking equipment such as flat tops, deep fryers, and stoves
- read and follow food tickets or verbal instructions
