Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Full mobility of hands and arms
- Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a food service or restaurant kitchen environment is a plus
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Job Duties
- Read and prepare all food recipes to IHOP specifications
- Prepare food within outlined ticket times
- Read food tickets or receive verbal instructions
- Use knives and other food preparation equipment
- Operate large volume cooking equipment such as flat tops, deep fryers, stoves, and dishwashers
- Set up equipment and verify stock
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
