Job Duties
- Prepare food according to IHOP recipes and standards
- Set up kitchen equipment and work stations
- Verify stock levels and manage inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
- Read and follow food tickets or verbal instructions
- Operate cooking equipment including flat tops, deep fryers, stoves and dishwashers
- Ensure food preparation is completed within specified ticket times
