Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

knowledge of food safety standards

Job Duties

Prepare food items according to restaurant recipes and guidelines
set up cooking equipment and workstations
verify stock availability and manage inventory
maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
operate flat tops, deep fryers, stoves, and other kitchen equipment
follow food safety and hygiene protocols
read and process food tickets or follow verbal instructions
