Job Duties
- prepare food following IHOP recipes and standards
- operate large volume cooking equipment such as flat tops, deep fryers, and stoves
- set up and verify stock of kitchen equipment and ingredients
- maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- read and follow food tickets or verbal instructions
- work efficiently within outlined ticket times
- use knives and food preparation tools safely and effectively
