Job Duties
- Prepare food according to IHOP recipes and specifications
- Operate large volume cooking equipment including flat tops, deep fryers, stoves, and dishwashers
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen work area
- Set up kitchen equipment and verify stock levels
- Read and follow food tickets or instructions accurately
- Prepare food within outlined ticket times
- Assist in maintaining safety and hygiene standards
