Job Requirements

Ability to read and interpret recipes and food tickets
Capacity to operate kitchen equipment safely

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Prepare food according to IHOP recipes and specifications
Operate large volume cooking equipment including flat tops, deep fryers, stoves, and dishwashers
Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen work area
Set up kitchen equipment and verify stock levels
Read and follow food tickets or instructions accurately
Prepare food within outlined ticket times
Assist in maintaining safety and hygiene standards
