The IHM Associate Program Co-coordinators play a vital role within the IHM Sisters community, a faith-based organization deeply rooted in spirituality, mission, and service. The IHM Sisters have a long-standing tradition of fostering community engagement and spiritual growth, and the Associate Program is a key element in furthering their vision and values. Job Requirements

bachelor's degree required with some background in spirituality and/or theology
ability to work 15 to 20 hours per week
flexible hours to meet others' needs
experience in effective interpersonal relations
ability to make independent decisions
effective verbal and written communication skills
ability to maintain confidentiality
leadership skills to guide Associate program
ability to speak read and understand English
bilingual English Spanish preferred
ability to drive
ability to maintain good relationships regardless of personal preferences

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

ensure development of the Associate Program within the context of the IHM charism spirituality and mission
collaborate with Associate council to strategically define Associate reality
develop and implement integrated joining and orientation processes
lead facilitation and implementation of strategic planning and visioning for the Associate program
facilitate leadership development and ownership among associates
ensure Associate presence within IHM community life through committee involvement and council facilitation
promote the Associate Program through communications, brochures, website maintenance and articles
manage the entire Associate journey including pre-associate information dissemination, application processing, interviewing, orientation, and final approvals
support associates continuously with meetings, mailings, newsletters, event planning, and record maintenance
