Job Duties
- Assist managers in training and development of the team
- ensure work area is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service

- oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure quality service standards
- monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve service
- resolve guest service issues promptly and effectively
- enforce safety and hygiene standards within the work area
