Job Requirements
- must meet and maintain company flight personnel weight restriction policy limiting weight to 235 lbs or less
- minimum flight hours as per CAMTS requirements
- ability to lift 100 pounds to assist with loading and unloading
- ability to work 24-hour operations including day/night rotations
- willingness to relocate if required with a two-year service commitment if utilizing relocation package
- participation in community outreach and adherence to company safety policies
- ability to pass pre-placement physical and background checks
Job Qualifications
- commercial and instrument helicopter ratings
- first class medical certificate
- meet CAMTS flight hour requirements including 2,000 total hours, 1,500 helicopter hours, 1,000 PIC helicopter hours, 500 turbine helicopter hours, 100 unaided night operation hours or 50 unaided and 100 NVG hours, 100 instrument hours
- strong internal and external customer service skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to pass pre-placement physical exam including functional capacity assessment
- ability to pass drug and background screening
- acceptance by customer and PHI management
Job Duties
- pilot two-pilot H145 IFR/NVG flights
- adhere to PHI Air Medical policies
- assist in loading and unloading patients and equipment
- participate in community outreach programs
- perform line pilot duties in accordance with GOM
- support Safety Management System and safety campaigns such as Destination Zero
- provide safe, efficient, courteous, and reliable service to internal and external customers
