Job Requirements
- Must have previous alcohol serving experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Weekend availability
- Ability to work 2nd shift hours
- Knowledge of drink ingredients and full alcohol service
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and complete side work tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively with team and management
- Commitment to following health department and AHC specifications
- Ability to attend required training sessions
- Strong guest service orientation
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Serve guests including proper setup of all tables, garnishes, alcohol, wines
- Maintain daily setup and/or breakdown of the lounge
- Cross train with bartenders to provide full bar service
- Be aware of local events and suggest activities to guests
- Follow and maintain health department specifications including temperature logs and product rotation
- Display urgency and resolve guest concerns independently
- Utilize time effectively and meet department standards
- Seek ways to reduce waste and control expenses
- Keep work area neat and clean including recycling
- Follow AHC hotel safety standards
- Attend TIPS training and card guests under 40
- Pour wine, beer, or make mixed drinks when bartender unavailable
- Engage with guests timely and remember drink orders
- Communicate daily drink specials to staff
- Coordinate bar ordering needs with bartender and managers
- Adhere to AHC guest service and department standards
- Monitor food and alcohol waste
- Maintain cleanliness and deep cleaning of bar area
- Participate in department meetings
- Communicate with management and team
- Work in designated restaurant areas including counter service, running food, and table service
- Perform additional duties as assigned by General Manager or Food and Beverage Manager
