Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- must be able to successfully complete a background check and possibly a motor vehicle background check
- must have a high school diploma or equivalent experience
- should have knowledge of security operations, safety practices, and enforcement procedures preferred
- must be able to perform duties professionally and use sound judgment
- must have excellent communication skills
- must have tact and diplomacy
- must be a team player
- able to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- ages 18 and up
- high school diploma or equivalent experience required
- good working knowledge of security operations, safety practices, and enforcement procedures preferred
- ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance
- ability to make independent and sound judgment decisions within proper policies and procedures
- excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
- strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
- position requires constant standing with occasional sitting
Job Duties
- ID every patron to ensure they are at least 21 years old
- verify that IDs are not fake, expired, and belong to the actual patron
- place a wristband on patrons following company policies if they are of legal age
- assist staff with alcohol-related issues
- observe and document any alcohol-related incidents
- assist with alcohol cut-off when necessary
- monitor employees adherence to company policy and state laws
