Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in brand management, sales, or bar management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage budgets and financial reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel up to 30 percent of the time
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Passionate, self-motivated, creative, responsible individual
- Proactive communicator in person, email, Whatsapp, and Teams
- Comfortable speaking to small and large groups as a brand and category expert
- Excellent interpersonal skills with bartenders, distributors, consumers, and brand team members
- Bar manager experience in a craft cocktail bar preferred
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Previous brand ambassador experience preferred
- Sound financial skills with budget management experience
- Willingness to travel up to 30 percent
Job Duties
- Serve as brand category and cocktail expert across Grey Goose, St. Germain, and Bombay brands achieving defined KPIs
- Strengthen category leadership by obtaining menu and feature placements in 50 influential accounts
- Align and participate in key local industry events fitting brand strategy
- Execute brand programming, tastings, and trainings in accounts, consumer, trade events and with distributor partners
- Monitor customer and consumer trends and share insights
- Maintain calendar of activities and ensure effective communication with distributors and sales team
- Utilize sales reports to measure brand performance and contribute to analysis and recommendations
- Ride with distributor sales representatives and local sales and brand team partners when requested
- Manage top volume accounts and reduce losses
- Submit weekly required program documents and deliverables timely
- Manage assigned budget and process expense reports weekly
- Travel quarterly to other markets for brand support and activations
