Job Requirements

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the event season
  • Valid California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification required
  • Food Handler Certification
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, guest-centered environment

Job Duties

  • Provide prompt and friendly table service for guests in igloos and around fire pits
  • Coordinate with bartenders and food runners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented service area
  • Upsell menu items and enhance the overall guest experience through attentive service
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of igloo and fire pit areas before and after service
